The cost of Home Generated Power (Blue Energy) is continually coming down as opposed to the cost of buying your Power which continues to go up and up. Even "Green" Energy which is relatively cheap to produce at the source, such as the large wind farms at around $0.04c/kWh, is very expensive by the time it gets through a rapidly ageing power grid and to your door it will add approximately a further $0.19c/kWh and then mixed in with the dirty black power.

In Australia we have such a small sparse population, we live in houses with big roofs and in a country with the best sunshine in the world, so you don't have to be Einstein to work out that Solar Home Energy is our future.
